The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for accredited members of the Better Business Bureau of Mid-Western and Central Ontario was initially scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 10:00AM. Please note that the date and time of the meeting has been changed. The AGM will now be taking place on Thursday, June 20th, at 9:00AM. The meeting will be held at the BBB's main office location at 354 Charles Street East, in Kitchener, Ontario.
AGM attendance is optional for Accredited Business representatives; however, a proxy will be distributed to all accredited businesses prior to the date of the meeting. Please sign and date the proxy, and ensure it is returned to our office. A signed and dated proxy will grant power of substitution to active members of our Board of Directors (or as otherwise permitted), to attend and vote on meeting points in your absence. Meeting points will be outlined in the proxy as well.
