The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for accredited businesses of the Better Business Bureau Serving Central Ontario is scheduled to be held on Friday April 25, 2014, at 10:00AM. The meeting will take place at our main office location at 354 Charles Street East, in Kitchener, Ontario.

AGM attendance is optional for Accredited Business representatives; however, a proxy will be distributed to all accredited businesses prior to the date of the meeting. Please sign and date the proxy, and ensure it is returned to our office. A signed and dated proxy will grant power of substitution to active members of our Board of Directors (or as otherwise permitted), to attend and vote on meeting points in your absence. Meeting points will be outlined in the proxy as well.
