It has come to our attention recently that a couple of our Accredited Businesses have received phone calls from persons claiming to be from your BBB. The businesses are being asked if they are planning to move.

Please be advised that we are not making these calls and that you should not be giving the caller any information. You can confirm that the caller is a fake by asking for a return phone number.

Our BBB would only be asking about your address if we have had mailed returned. We believe that these callers are working for bogus online scammers that are using the previous addresses and contact info of real businesses to look legitimate.
