2018 hired alpine roofing to replace roof shingles of my house . The only reason I replaced the roof shingles as some blew away in a wind storm and I got scared it could lead to a leak. Up until this point never had a leak. I hired alpine roofing to replace the entire roof. I Paid $3,700.00 as agreed in the contract . Since then my roof has been leaking. Leaking into the master bedroom via the ceiling light. Also leaking into the garage. Luckily I haven’t had an electrical problem. I’ve complained numerous times and they sent people numerous times almost every year since they replaced the roof. They keep doing patch jobs . They won’t show me any pictures . How many times am I supposed to call them back. Can they just finally fix the roof as per the agreement. I’m scared that this is going to lead to other major issues as I have expressed to them on numerous occasions. They just keep sending inexperienced people to patch up the previous persons mistake. I would like for them to redo the entire roof as per the specifications of the contract or issue a full refund so I can get someone more qualified to complete the work.
