I live in a townhouse complex where all the works are managed by Arthex....I am one of the few original owners.....At the beginning Arthex was a fine company...they used to take care with pride in the work they were doing.....this complex (*** *********) used to look esthetically very nice...very cured landscape and overall good maintenance..not so much in the past few years....when I raised concerns about a safety issue....I have large ice formation in front of my front door...the administrator...a woman named Johanna was very quick to brush me off....she doesn't return calls and emails in a timely fashion....she says things like that the work is being done but it's actually not....in the meanwhile the maintance fee went up by 40%....administrating something is actually making sure that jobs are done in a satisfactory way...she is the administrator of this complex for a few years and I don't even know what she looks like...in regards to the problem in front of my front door the only thing that I can do is to go to the safety department of the city and make a complaint so they can come and look and force the management company to fix the problem....and another thing is to go from door to door and make all the residents (most of them immigrants like me) aware of the poor job that thus company is doing gor us and make everyone aware that there are a lot of other management companies that will be delighted to offer their services to us...As far as I am concerned I give Arthex zProperty Management two thumbs down.
