Aquamaster sent their employee Fedor and his team to pour a cement walkway and front stairs for us in Nov 2020, by Feb 2021 a part of it showed cracks. We were promised a 1 year warranty so they sent Fedor and the team out to break it and redo it. They completed that May 2021, by winters end we noticed flaking of the cement and then chucks coming off, even in areas where we didn't walk. We msgd Fedor immediately (Mar 2022), he promised to come out and have a look and then said he couldn't explain why it happened, but said he would test the cement. We explained we didn't care if the cement was bad as we paid him to do the job so if he bought bad cement that was his problem. He promised to fix it regardless of cause and has now since ignored us, it has been several months, we msg him and do not get a response. So after paying almost $7000, we are left with a crumbling walkway that is only 1 year old(from the redo). As well as the crumbling and flaking issue, the rest of the cement walkway is patchy in colour and looks like it never is dry in places. We have to look at it everyday and use this everyday, we should not have been promised services that were not done properly. We were patient when it originally cracked in several places and allowed him to fix it, but it is literally crumbling now.
