We have used this service several times over the course of a few years. It was simple work, such as the replacement of sinks and cleaning of tubes. Every time, the job has been completed quickly, professionally, fulfilling the needs of every costumer, and with great respect. However, we had a bigger problem regarding our most recent order. It has been a job with problems. In September, we bought a townhouse. In the main shower, we had a glaring issue that wasn't able to be pinpointed, even during the home inspection. The shower either worked or it didn't. The hot water was practically nonexistent. The shower equipment had no known brand applied to it. As a result, it was almost impossible to replace any broken parts. Before buying the service, we took advice from our friends who understand tech better, and everybody said that there is only one solution to the problem: completely change the shower system and break the tile. A person from New Canadian came to us and told us the same thing. We were very upset. He told us to wait until he spoke with his boss. After that discussion, we were told that the proper replacement parts are impossible to purchase, but they would try to make anything possible for us to not have to completely change our system. The employee came to us several times and tried several solutions until he finally came to one. We were very grateful for the fact that this service doesn't only care about making a quick profit, but to satisfy the needs of the costumers as well, which is rare during this time. The service costs reasonably and is always very professional and effective. It is a pleasure to have its workers work for us. *************************************************************** ***. We have used Absolute for many years for lawn and garden care. Over the years have also relaid an interlocking walkway that was heaving, filled in a fish pond and made a sitting area of flagstone, cleaned our eaves and washed our outside windows. They do indeed do Absolutely everything and they do it well. Kudos

I have a flight credit with red tag from last year, valid until August 22. 2022. I tried to use this credit and they have tried to add an additional $500 charge for a rebooking fee. The difference in flight costs is $64. I have been on the phone with the same man for 3 days and the numbers keep changing. I am basically left with no other option than to abandon my credit, red tag has been absolutely ridiculous in trying to convince me of these other charges. First they said it was ******** that charges a rebooking fee, now they are saying that they can't tell what a certain flight is worth from their own website or through********** website. The customer service is horrendous. I just want to use the credit I was issued.

This is the third year that I have used Absolute - previous landscaping work was done very well, so also contracted them to replace the decking on our 20 year old deck. We contacted Jason, our previous project manager and he provided suggestions and a quote for the re-decking with composite decking material. The project was delayed a bit due to availability of material, but John and his colleague did a great job - very professional and high quality work. Overall, we are very satisfied with the upgrade and has revitalized our deck with a more finished look with a lot less maintenance now required. Will absolutely use them again!!

Today is July 25th, 2022. iTalkBB TV had a software upgrade today when I turned on the iTalkBB TV box. After the TV box upgrade finished, the TV box cannot start to receive Wifi signals. So the TV box is not working anymore. I have called iTalkBB support number several times and no one pickup the phone call. The iTalkBB TV box has not been working for more than 3 hours and no information update from iTalkBB yet. iTalkBB should let all customers know what has happened and what is the estimated waiting time to get the system back to work. ******

We had a very annoying family of raccoons living in our roof and were referred to TruTech by a neighbour that used them for a similar issue with squirrels last winter. This was the first time we ever had to call a pest control company so we had a lot fo questions. The person who booked our appointment over the phone was very knowledgable and patient with us and the tech talked us through every step and what to expect during the process. The TruTech team made a very stressful situation a simple and smooth process. We hope to never need pest control again but if we do, we know who to call!

Worst company ever,******************* especially project manger Jackie,she asks for the money saying she is going to order flooring and tiles,makes you pick out the material but never orders it and sits on the money,when she feels ready to order ot she orders the wrong flooring or waits so long the tiles we had picked is sold out,it has been over a year now and my renovations are not even half complete,asked for someone higher up to get involved and they did but they are the same as Jackie still waiting nothing has been done for months worst company ever if you value your money GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO

Fair Deal came highly recommended by a neighbour. I emailed Fair Deal and Ash was quick to respond. He inspected our old A/C and made recommendations, without trying to upsell me. He happily explained technical items and made it easy to understand, and encouraged lots of questions. I contacted a couple of other companies to do some comparison shopping and wasn't impressed. Ash was very honest, provided a fair price, and was very responsive by phone, email and text. Finally, his team was efficient and tidy with the installation. When I have other HVAC needs in the future, I'll definitely contact Fair Deal again!

Installed an AC with a refrigerant leak that they never fixed. They just come and refill the refrigerant ever 3-4 weeks and don't even bother to detect the leak. Not o ly is this incredibly frustrating I don't think it's legal to allow an AC system your company installed to knowingly leak refrigerant constantly. Very frustrating company to deal with. They don't want to do the work for a permanent solution at least not while there is a labour warranty.

We have had a terrible experience with SpectraLab. They sold us a fluorescence detector for >$5,000(USD) which did not work from day 1. Then we had to hound their sales manager to reply to our complaint. They said the problem is that this product is a consumable and cannot be covered. It was broken from the beginning! The sad part is that they could have purchased the part to fix the detector for <$1,000 and had a happy customer. As it is, many will read this account and the one below and not buy from them - they cannot be trusted!

They have poor customer service. I paid my account, but the etransfer didn't go through, so as soon as they emailed me I canceled it and went through their secure payment format and paid with my **** debit. They asked for the screenshot of the etransfer, but because I canceled and paid the other way I thought it would be okay to just submit a screenshot of the new payment. I'm not sure if they received the screenshot or not, but I sent it as an attachment to an email. The email I received today was an attack *********************************** on their part. So I emailed BOTH the screenshot I sent initially and the transaction at my bank. Why is it so hard for people to just be kind.
