The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Accredited Businesses of the Better Business Bureau Serving Central Ontario is scheduled to be held on Thursday April 23, 2015, at 10:00AM. The meeting will take place in the 10th Floor Board Room at our main office location: 30 Duke Street West, in Kitchener, Ontario.

AGM attendance is optional for Accredited Business representatives; however, a proxy will be distributed to all Accredited Businesses prior on Wednesday April 8, 2015. Please sign and date the proxy, and ensure it is returned to our office. A signed and dated proxy will grant power of substitution to active members of our Board of Directors (or as otherwise permitted), to attend and vote on meeting points in your absence. Meeting points will be outlined in the proxy as well.
