BBB places a high value on our ongoing communications with Accredited Businesses. Our quarterly e-Bulletin newsletter has been a key component in how we keep you informed about scams, marketplace activity, as well as how to generate maximum value for your accreditation.
However, business today moves at lightning speed. There are times when receiving information instantaneously is critical to our mission to help protect your business. We also recognize that everyone is “time starved” – you simply do not have the time to sift through larger amounts of information to find content that is relevant to you.
Recognizing these factors, we are adjusting our e-Bulletins to come to you every two weeks featuring only 1 or 2 important items. Smaller chunks of information; provided more often. Our goal is to provide relevant, timely, and actionable communication. When important news breaks, we will continue to distribute that information to you immediately to ensure that you are informed and protected.
