The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for BBB Accredited Businesses will be taking place on Thursday, June 23rd, at 10:00AM. The meeting will be held at 30 Duke Street West, Kitchener, in the 10th Floor Board Room.

AGM attendance is optional for Accredited Business representatives; however, a proxy will be distributed to all accredited businesses prior to the date of the meeting. Please sign and date the proxy, and ensure it is returned to our office. A signed and dated proxy will grant power of substitution to active members of our Board of Directors (or as otherwise permitted), to attend and vote on meeting points in your absence. Meeting points will be outlined in the proxy as well.
